How long does it take to ship?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless stated otherwise. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or adjusted within 24 hours of being placed, as long as they have not been shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

Because each piece is made in small batches and hand-poured, all sales are final.

What are your candles made with?
Our candles are made with a coconut wax blend, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. Our wax is gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, and phthalate-free, and cruelty-free. Each one is poured in small batches using thoughtfully selected materials.

Are your candles non-toxic?
We always prioritize clean ingredients and avoid unnecessary additives. Our candles are made to be a safer, more mindful option for your home.

Why does my candle look slightly different from others?
Each piece is made in small batches, and vessels are handmade. Slight variations are natural and part of the process.

Burning & Care

How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges to prevent tunneling.

How long should I burn my candle?
Burn for no more than 2–4 hours at a time, or until the melt pool reaches the edges of the vessel.

Issues With Your Order

What if there’s an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged or there was a mistake, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
