Orders are shipped across the U.S. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

How long does it take to ship?
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships you will receive tracking information by email.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?
You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to request a change or cancellation, as long as it has not already shipped. After that we are unable to make adjustments. Reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every SEQNTL CO candle is hand-poured in small batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, if something arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Products

What are your candles made with?
Every SEQNTL CO candle is made with an all-natural coconut wax blend, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks. Our wax is gluten-free, toxin-free, paraben-free, and cruelty-free. Each one is poured in small batches using ingredients we would want in our own home.

Are your candles non-toxic?
Yes. We always prioritize clean ingredients and avoid unnecessary additives. Every product is made to be a safer, more mindful choice for your home and everyone in it.

Why does my candle look slightly different from the photos?
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches and our vessels are handmade. Slight variations in appearance are completely natural and part of what makes every piece its own. No two are exactly alike.

Burning & Care

How do I get the best burn?
Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before every burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the vessel. This sets the memory of the candle and prevents tunneling on future burns.

How long should I burn my candle?
Burn for no more than 2 to 4 hours at a time, or until the melt pool reaches the edges of the vessel. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

What if something is wrong with my order?
If your order arrives damaged or there was an error, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo if possible. We will take care of you.

Do you offer private workshops?
Yes. Private bookings are available for small groups, events, and gatherings. Fill out our inquiry form and we will be in touch with details.

Do I need experience to attend a workshop?
Not at all. Our workshops are designed to be relaxed, approachable, and enjoyable for everyone, whether you have never made a candle in your life or you just want a beautiful afternoon out.
