All sales are final.

Because every SEQNTL CO product is hand-poured in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or incorrect orders

We stand behind everything we make. If your order arrives damaged or if there was an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@seqntlco.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or issue, including the outer shipping box and any individual product packaging. Without photos we are unable to process a replacement.

We will do everything we can to make it right.
