Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders within 3 to 5 business days of receiving them. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time and does not include the time it takes for your order to reach you once it leaves our hands.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Transit times vary by carrier and location and typically range from 1 to 4 business days once shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or any other carrier once your order has been transferred to them. If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please reach out to us at info@seqntlco.com and we will do our best to help you resolve it.
